Cards in the Event set are available through limited-time Event Boxes that appear in the store during events or sometimes Guild Wars. These boxes always cost 60.
All boxes contain five Rares with 12 copies each, five Epics with 6 copies each, and 5 Legendaries with 2 copies each. Many boxes also contain some number of bonus Vindicators or Legendary Progenitors, at one copy each.
Mini-Boxes instead contain six Rares with 4 copies each, three Epics with 4 copies each, and three Legendaries with one copy each.

Box Format Changelog[]
The first box, the Tartarus Box, boxes had five Legendary cards at two copies, five Epic cards at six copies, and five Rare cards at twelve copies. One pull cost 60, it could only be bought out once and was on sale for 7 days.
With the Harvest Box, boxes could be bought out more than once, and dual fuses were available.
With the Carnage Box, some cards were re-released from earlier boxes.
With the Ancient Box, the number of new cards per box stabilized at five and quad fuses were available.
With the Sentinel Box, Legendary Progenitors were available every third box.
With the Life Box and Death Box, shorter duration boxes tied to events were introduced.
With the Apocalypse Box, box Vindicators were introduced, at one per box.
With the Wreckage Box, Tier Boxes were introduced.
With the Sacrifice Box, Tier Boxes and Legendary Progenitors from third step events were discontinued.
The Invasion Box had quad-fusable box Rares, but this was not continued in future boxes.
With the Burst Box, short duration triple new Vindicator boxes were introduced, and new Rares were no longer added to boxes.
With the Bounty Box, a repeat Vindicator was added. The Bounty Box also featured a Progenitor Legendary, but this was not included in future boxes.
With the Revival Box, Progenitor Legendarys were added to normal length boxes during Progenitor events.
With the Prism Box, a second repeat Vindicator was added. From this point on, no box has had three new Vindicators.
The Mega Box was a different format box, costing 120 with no Rares or new cards and five Vindicators at one copy each, one Legendary per faction at four copies, two Epics per faction at eight copies each.
The Power Box was a leveled up box, where all Epic cards started at level 3, all Legendary cards started at level 4, and all Vindicator cards started at level 5.
The Sovereign Box was a mono-faction box, containing a normal format of rarity and copies, but only Imperial cards, and no new cards.
The Savage Mini-Box was the first Mini-Box, costing 60, containing three Legendary cards at two copies each, one of which was new, three Epic cards at six copies, one of which was new, and six Rare cards at twelve copies each. All cards were of the same faction.
With the Flash Box, all regular size boxed became leveled up boxes like the Power Box.
The Opal Box contained ten Epics, four of which were new, at five copies each, and only two Rares at 25 copies each. It had the normal number of Legendary and Vindicator cards.
Fusion Re-release[]
Since the Carnage Box, many cards in event packs are repeats of cards in previous packs. When a card is re-released in a new pack, it will get new fusions up to the current maximum fusion level.
For example, when Templar was originally released in Tartarus Box, it had no fusion. When it was re-released in the Carnage Box, it was given a level 1 fusion, High Templar. When it was re-released again in the Ancient Box, it was given a level 2 fusion, Grand Templar.
Starting with the Ancient Box, all cards were released with quad fusions. By the Bounty Box, the last Event card without a quad, Abunis, received a quad and fusions were no longer added on re-release.
